Steven joined ONR Leadership team from IBM and has over 35+ years of experience in information systems, information technologies, and operations.

Steven graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Electrical Engineering where he quickly put it into use at IBM. There he designed, tested and oversaw integration of sonar systems for the US Navy as well as worked on US Air Force advanced training systems.

When he joined ONR in 1992, he developed RITE-Track, ONR’s first electronic resident information tracking and billing system; a highly effective system of connecting facilities across the country to the corporate office in Austin, Texas. Steven provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information services environment throughout ONR technology systems and continues the advancement of operational reporting systems for ONR, utilizing data from NetHealth’s SMART system.
