ONR’s goal is to support and nurture new graduates to ensure a positive experience. We partner new graduates with a mentor who will share their clinical experience and knowledge on a personal one-on-one basis. An ONR mentor will be able to recognize your unique strengths and skills and help you maximize them for yourself, the rehab team and your patients.
