Natalie, Vice President of Recruitment and Director of Clinical Resources, joined the ONR team in July 1992. She started her career with ONR as a staff Physical Therapist Assistant at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sacramento, CA and was promoted to Director of Rehabilitation.

Natalie was so impressed with the organization that she began referring many of her colleagues to ONR. This began Natalie’s transition into recruiting which led her to launch the ONR Recruiting Department in 1993.

Natalie was successful in recruiting people to the ONR team because she believed strongly in ONR’s work ethic and mission to improve the quality of life of the people in ONR’s care.

With Natalie’s passion and dedication to ONR and her leadership skills, it was inevitable that in 2004 she would become a member of the ONR clinical team.

Natalie has been instrumental in shaping ONR’s Clinical Programs with the development of such programs as RNA Training, Director of Rehabilitation Training and Clinical Program enhancement.

Natalie is proud of her contribution to the growth and success of ONR.

Natalie resides in Sacramento, California with her husband Bob. She has two children, Spencer and Danielle and loves spending time with her family and enjoys the outdoors.
