Charlie is ONR’s vice president of finance and administration.  Charlie is responsible for all financial and administrative functions including accounting, audit, treasury and risk management.  His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in accounting, financial management and business leadership.

Before joining ONR in September 2006, Charlie served as controller for BOXX Technologies, a graphics computer hardware company.  Prior to that, he was controller for BPI Properties, a property management firm.

Charlie also held senior level positions in both information systems and auditing firms including Agency Management Systems and KPMG.

Charlie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and has been a CPA in the State of Texas over 25 years.
