ONR therapy services are designed to enhance your community with TOUCH.  We partner with senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities to provide therapy services that will serve residents and patients as well as those seeking a recuperative, short-term stay. The program offered would complement the facility’s commitment to serving the healthcare needs of older adults.The focus of the program is to help these individuals to regain independence by teaching skills needed to care for themselves, while providing sound clinical outcomes and excellent resident and family satisfaction. With the TOUCH program, ONR would be able to provide qualitative data on admission and discharge and functional outcomes, we can assist with status reports throughout the course of care. We have structured our program to meet physician protocols.Each person would have an individualized treatment plan and receive continued support by ONR staff throughout their stay. We offer an in-home evaluation as part of the discharge planning process and follow-up with their physician.
